New Things & ADFD Challenge #46

Happy Friday, all! It's release day over at A Day For Daisies and this week's release is called Beach Party. Unfortunately, the ADFD website is down for maintenance right now. When it re-opens on Monday, there will be a 15% off sale so don't forget to check it out! =) Here is my card made using one of the lovely images from the new release.

We are combining this release with a new challenge over at A Day For Daisies Blog. The challenge theme is "Texture," just add some type of texture to your cards/projects. I dry embossed the card base with a chicken wire impression plate.

The adorable image that I used is called New Things and it's printed on PTI's Stamper's Select White cardstock, cut and embossed using a Lifestyle Crafts Nesting Hexagon die then colored with Copic markers.

The patterned paper is from Paradise Beach 6x6 Paper Pad by Echo Park and the sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.

That's all I have. Please go and have a look at what the other design team members came up with for this challenge using the new images and the challenge details here. Hope you can join us! =)

Have a beautiful day and thanks for stopping by!
